After a bond is signed and the defendant is released from custody, the money paid to the bondsman is not refundable. even if you get a second chance, are exonerated, or are sent back to jail. Bondsman fees are service fees for depositing money upfront on your behalf; you do not get your money back.
If you paid the court the full bond amount and your bail was revoked for some reason, small court fees—typically between $60 and $300 depending on the state and procedure—will be removed from your return.
